   - Move Regularly: Don’t get hung up on “exercise.” I bet there is some way that you enjoy moving your body that doesn’t feel like work. That’s where you start. Is it walking your dog, or dancing in your bathroom? Start simple and start something that feels easy. 

   - Body Awareness: Pay attention to how your body feels. Practices like yoga or tai chi can help you become more in tune with your body’s needs. 

4. Journaling

   - Reflect Daily: Spend a few minutes each day writing about your thoughts and feelings. This can help you identify recurring themes or blocks that need addressing.

   - Gratitude Journaling: Our brains have a negativity bias, so they will find the problems. We have to choose to focus on the positive aspects of our lives. Writing down what you’re grateful for can shift your focus from what’s holding you back to what’s propelling you forward.

   - Talk to a Coach: An outside perspective can help you see things more clearly. A coach can provide guidance and techniques tailored to your specific situation.
